Girls for Algorithmic Justice (GFAJ) is assembling an Advisory Board of leading experts dedicated to advancing gender-equitable AI governance. Our Advisory Board will play a crucial role in shaping our advocacy efforts, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that our initiatives are grounded in cutting-edge research and policy expertise.
🔍 What We're Looking For
We seek thought leaders, AI ethicists, policymakers, legal experts, technologists, and advocates who are passionate about addressing AI-driven gender inequities. Ideal advisory board members will have expertise in one or more of the following fields:
✔ AI Ethics & Policy – Experience in algorithmic fairness, transparency, and regulatory frameworks.
✔ Technology & Social Impact – Knowledge of the role of AI in online safety, deepfake detection, and ethical AI development.
✔ Law & Human Rights – Expertise in digital rights, privacy laws, and combating AI-driven exploitation.
✔ Public Policy & Advocacy – Background in influencing legislation and shaping global AI governance.
✔ Grassroots & Community Engagement – Experience working with civil society organizations and marginalized communities impacted by AI.
